Prior to joining Arborpoint Advisory Group, I served as Senior Director at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where I led a global digital transformation practice and delivered results for Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries. In this role, I was responsible for go-to-market, enablement and scaling of structured, hybrid transformation services, as well as co-developing strategies for HPE’s advisory services and hybrid cloud business units.

Prior to that, at Cloud Technology Partners (acquired by HPE) led the Cloud Transformation practice and guided complex cloud and security transformation engagements for clients across diverse sectors such as healthcare, financial services, and insurance. My leadership and expertise ensured clients successfully navigated their most challenging technological changes.
As the CTO of Harvard Partners I provided executive leadership to clients, focusing on aligning technology strategy with business objectives to drive IT-enabled innovation and operational effectiveness. With extensive experience in strategy, financial analysis, technical architecture, and project delivery, I helped clients across various industries, especially in Financial Services. I led transformative projects, such as developing a BOT outsourcing strategy for a credit card processing company, providing CIO services for a private equity firm, and acting as interim Director of Engineering for an investment management firm. My expertise ensured clients achieved significant cost savings, improved operations, and strategic growth.
As the VP of Global Infrastructure I led the Enterprise Technology Infrastructure, Application Support, and Database Engineering functions, focusing on strategy, systems architecture, and delivery. I managed a high-performance global team, aligning technology with business strategy. Successfully evolved the technology organization across a dramatic $87 billion growth in assets under management through innovative solutions and strategic staffing. Established global deployment and support for critical business platforms, improving efficiency and reliability. Developed and implemented cloud and outsourced technology strategies, enhancing infrastructure scalability and flexibility while reallocating resources to higher-value initiatives.
