Before joining Arborpoint Advisory Group, I led advisory engagements at Cloud Technology Partners/Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In this role, I was responsible for guiding successful digital transformation projects and delivering impactful results for clients across various sectors, including financial services, healthcare, energy, retail, and manufacturing. Additionally, I played a key role in developing the organization's transformation practices, contributing to the creation of methodologies, intellectual property, and enablement strategies that have become integral to the firm's approach. My leadership and expertise helped clients navigate complex technological changes and achieve their strategic objectives.
Prior to my tenure at Cloud Technology Partners/Hewlett Packard Enterprise, I spent nearly 25 years at American Century Investments, where I held various technology and leadership roles, ultimately serving as the Chief Technology Officer leading Information Technology. In this role, I led the development and execution of the company’s digital transformation strategy, which included adopting public cloud technologies, implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), promoting DevOps practices, fostering employee innovation ideation, and establishing centralized data governance.
